To initiate your return or exchange, email info@gaithappens.com. Please include your name, order number, and the item(s) you are returning.
In order to qualify for a return:
- Products cannot be cut or altered in any way
- Products should appear in like-new condition without tears, cuts, or discoloration
- Original packaging must be included and not damaged
- Items that are used or damaged may be denied a refund or exchange.
We offer free return shipping within the United States.
In case of exchanges, customers will be responsible for shipping costs associated with the replacement product.
We will send you an email confirmation when your refund has been completed or your exchange product is ready to be shipped. Please allow up to 3 days to process your return once it is received in our warehouse.
